Group Coordinator Incentive

Tours by Why Not Travel provides: 

• complimentary introductory consultation and planning meeting(s)
• full service assistance in planning and booking tour details 
•  powerpoint presentation to market your group tour
• support during the reservation process
• free or discounted travel for coordinator
• an experienced Why Not Travel tour guide to manage the tour and travel details
  

Group requirements:

• 20+ people are eligible for a customized, private tour
• One or two people act as the coordinator providing the group with information on the tour and reservations. They will be the liaison between the group and the Why Not Travel Group Tour representative.
• Group coordinator will also act as the treasurer, or assign to a group member, and collect all payments from members.
• The group will pay Why Not Travel by check for: 1.) advance deposit, 2.) additional payments per timeline, 3.) final balance 60 days prior to departure.
  

Less than 20 in your group? Smaller groups can join a tour Why Not Travel is currently offering and follow FAQ booking policies.
Discounted coordinator travel service:
Most motorcoach tours are able to receive free travel for the coordinator once a certain level of participation has been reached.
50+ paid passengers on motorcoach tours = 2 free packages on same tour
40-49 paid passengers on motorcoach tours = 1 free package on same tour 
30-39 paid passengers on motorcoach tours = 30% off one package on same tour
20-29 paid passengers on motorcoach tours = 15% off one package on same tour
