Credit card payments are accepted with a valid email address. Service fee of 3.5% of tour price will be added with any type of card including prepaid PayPal gift cards. PayPal payment steps:
When do I send payment?
Gambling motorcoach tours: Full cost of tour is due no later than the date listed on itinerary. Pay by deadline to avoid be wait listed.
Sightseeing motorcoach tours: $100 per person deposit to reserve seat. Balance is due by date listed on itinerary.
Air, Rail and Cruise Tours: Deposits vary by tour and are determined by Air, Rail and Cruise providers. See tour literature.
What if I don’t have a roommate?
Single motorcoach travelers willing to share accommodations with another same-sex person will be booked at the Guaranteed Share rate. If a roommate is not available the double rate will still apply.
What if I need to cancel?
Motorcoach Tours – Full refund up to 30 days prior to departure. No refund if less than 30 days prior to departure. In some cases you can transfer payment to another tour.
Air, Rail and Cruise Tours – Cancellation of these tours will result in a fee which is determined by the contractors, or individual air, rail or cruise lines. You will be charged according to their policy.
Should I get trip insurance?
We recommend purchasing trip insurance on sightseeing tours. Trip cancellation insurance will refund your payment should you have to cancel at the last minute for specific circumstances. Medical and health insurance is recommended when traveling outside the United States. Contact for choices and costs at www.insuremytrip.com or 800-487-4722.
What if the trip gets cancelled?
We will notify you and refund all money paid. You can also transfer any money paid to another tour if you prefer.
Do I need identification and/or proof of citizenship?
Photo ID is required on casino tours. All traveler need a valid passport to fly, including domestic fly tours. Allow at least 6 weeks to receive new passport.
What is included in the tour package and price?
We make the packages as inclusive as possible for budgeting convenience. Each tour will have package details which explain what meals, sightseeing, lodging, transportation, luggage handling, gratuities, fees and taxes are included.
Should I expect additional cost or changes in packages?
Yes, additional costs will be any expenses not included in the tour package. Some examples may be on-your-own meals, driver and tour guide gratuity, incidental charges, and shopping. If fuel increases you may have a fuel surcharge. Packages may be subject to change should hotels, casinos or sightseeing venues change what they provide.
Luggage Information
You are welcome to bring a normal-sized suitcase as well as a small carry-on bag. Simply attach the Why Not Travel luggage tag to your suitcase before leaving home. We will see to it that your suitcase arrives where and when you do. Your Tour Manager will arrange for the suitcase to get to your room.
The carry-on bag is allowed on the motorcoach. Storage is very limited, bags with wheels will not fit in the overhead compartments. Please remember to pack any medication in your carry-on. Always carry it with you.
Note: If traveling on an air tour, airlines have strict regulations concerning luggage weight and size. Additional fees will apply if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds. Check airline for details.

Pick up points vary by tour. Some typical pick up locations include: Jefferson City, Kingdom City, Columbia, New Florence, Warrenton, St Peters, St Louis
Should the scheduled pickup points be too far from where you live, you may wish to overnight early. Contact for suggested hotels.
Tour packages are subject to change without notice. Replacements will be even value and similar in nature.
