Where will I meet the tour? We offer several pickup locations. Should scheduled pickup points be too far from where you live, you may need to stay overnight in a hotel at the nearest pickup location. Please call 800-247-3204 or email to discuss locations and options.
What if I don’t have a roommate? Single motorcoach travelers willing to share accommodations with another person will be booked at the shared room rate. Roommate notification will be included with your final confirmation. If a roommate does not become available the shared room rate will still apply.
What is included in the tour price? We try to make the packages as inclusive as possible for easy budgeting. Each tour will have an itinerary which explains included meals, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, baggage handling, fees, taxes and gratuities. We reserve the right to change any itinerary in the effort to provide the best traveling experience.
Are there any additional costs? Yes, additional costs will be any meals that are not included in the tour package, tour director and driver gratuity, personal items and shopping. Should the fuel market cause the motorcoach company to increase transportation cost, Why Not Travel may find it necessary to add a fuel surcharge and would notify you immediately. Air and cruise tours may have taxes and fees but you will be provided with that information in advance.
How much should I pack? Each passenger is allowed one large piece of luggage that will require a Why Not Travel bag tag and be delivered to and from the coach and your room. A small bag that will fit in the overhead racks, or under your seat on the coach, is permitted and will be your responsibility to get to and from the coach and your room.
Do I need identification and/or proof of citizenship for travel? Photo ID is recommended for all tour and travel. When traveling outside the U.S., every passenger needs a valid passport. Allow at least 6 weeks to receive new passport. Photo ID’s are required on all domestic fly tours.
