If you are part of a group that would like to travel, simply follow these guidelines to enjoy an easy and successful trip!

Consult with your Why Not Travel representative for destination ideas, or share an idea you already have.
Look at your calendar for possible dates that would be good for the entire group.
Have your Why Not Travel representative create your complete trip itinerary in full detail.
Schedule a meeting with your group to share the exciting news of the upcoming trip.
Inform the group about how to contact you to make a reservation. Explain what information you need to reserve their seat, and give them deposit and payment deadlines.
Work with your Why Not Travel representative on special requests your group members have, or any additional information they need.
Collect reservations and deposits/payments from members and forward to Why Not Travel by the designated deadline dates. (We have forms to help you keep everything in order.)
Inform the group of the address for the pickup location, as well as the departure and return times. We also have additional travel guidelines for you to share such as how much luggage to pack, etc. You can do this in a meeting or letter form.
Inform group members of the emergency phone numbers in case someone needs to contact them while they are on the trip.
